The price is higher here than at other buffets in the area, but it is also a step up in quality and variety. Sushi is decent, not a huge selection, but more than California and Philadelphia rolls. It seems reasonably fresh; there is a sushi chef working behind the line, though of course, the quality is not as good as a dedicated sushi restaurant. Food turnover seems high, as the place is always busy. The hot food is slightly better than typical buffet food, nothing stands out, but nothing is so bad that it bears mentioning. Desserts are terrible, as usual, but that's not surprising.
