If you're looking for great Italian, Defalco's is the place.
Their lasagna is so good that I have dreamed about missing a slice of their meaty, cheesy, saucy goodness. I really like the sausage they use because I can taste the fennel and it just ties everything together. Lasagna is pretty expensive to make at home. (All I know is that when my bf and I made homemade lasagna, we spent almost $80 on all the ingredients. But maybe we splurged too much on expensive cheese idk lol)
A slice of lasagna here should set you back $9. Not bad because it is a pretty hefty serving. I always have to take half of it home, especially since it's served with a piece of garlic bread.
We also tried the cheese ravioli. Scrub mistake. Order the meat ravioli because the ravioli is already good, but the meat takes it over the top. I love their red sauce so much I could drink it.
The first time my bf and I came here, we thought one tiramisu cup was going to be enough for the both of us. It wasn't. The tiramisu is so creamy and the amount of coffee is just right. Now we always order 2 tiramisus so we don't have to fight over who gets the last bite :)
The restaurant is pretty cozy inside but I think the environment definitely makes it a cute date spot for good food.
