  • The concierge staff here is top notch. Always willing to help you with whatever they can. Only drawback was they could not order flowers or balloons for room delivery for me unless I gave them my credit card info. They could not just charge it to our room? I found that a bit irritating, but their service otherwise was impeccable. Love the Valet staff. Traveling alone with baby can be challenging. These guys were on it and so helpful. Baby & kids pool area is great! It is set off away from the "adult" pool lounging area which I find nice. They have an open space for Croquet which is fun to play anytime. Grille service was interesting. For brunch of 5 we seemed to get top notch service. But it seemed the smaller the party we were, the worst service we got. Really.
