  • As a native to this area I was thrilled when I heard polished was coming to town. However, my girlfriend and I went for the first time This evening. Even though the beautiful decor draws you in - the service and management was lacking. One of us got a very short treatment & the nail tech was rude & after harassing to get the upgraded pedicure- she didn't give it. We were still going to tip at the end of our services, however were unapologetically told YOU CAN ONLY TIP WITH CASH - there's a ATM over there. I'm sorry - do they realize it's 2016?? Needless to say we won't be back no matter how pretty the wall tiles were. The best part? After I left and got home I only then noticed the mask from my pedicure STILL LEFT ON MY LEGS.
