  • Service here is top notch...staff couldn`t be friendlier or more helpful. A few months back I purchased some items for a Shluter system shower install. I paid the bill and took my items home and never thought of it again. About 2 weeks later I got a phone call from the company stating that there was an error on my bill (due to a technical glitch) and that THEY owed ME money. They said that they would mail a check out in the next week or so and apologized for the error. I advised them to leave it as a store credit as I would be back in a few weeks time to purchase other items. They did exactly as I requested and claiming the credit was no issue at all when I finally went in. While their selection is not as great as some of the larger stores, their prices are good. Their clearance section in the back has AMAZING prices, but there usually isn't a large stock so if your project is big there most likely won't be enough stock to do the job. I continue to check this place out when taking on a tiling project at home.
