  • I usually love this place but today as I go in to get a boba tea, after ordering it, I received it frozen. I've had it here plenty of times and usually they ask how I want it but if they don't, it just comes over ice. Any boba tea I ever get without saying so, is always over ice. When I asked the lady she replied "It comes frozen unless you say over ice." I was clearly disappointed and she could tell. I'm only writing this review because I felt she lied to me being Ive been here so many times before. If she was just a bit more aware at my dissatisfaction and question then I wouldn't have been so disappointed.
