  • Terrible customer service. They charged me twice by mistake and didn't get a refund for it. I called back numerous times but they kept saying they'll call me back but never did. After talking to their so-called manager who gave me attitude, he said he can't find my receipt. Just terrible overall, but what do you expect, it was $36. But doesn't mean they can charge me twice for their crappy motel room. And their rooms are dirty, smells like smoke, and their toilet seat wasn't attached. Just pay an extra $20 to go somewhere else.
