  • This is a really nice store. It's located in an adorable little western town (Carefree), great for other shopping and dining, too. When I came in the store today, there were probably 8 ladies sitting around the table near the window, knitting and chatting. They were very welcoming and nice (they complimented me on my knitted jacket :). The store in general has a very friendly atmosphere. I was glad they gave me time to look around - the store has tons of different brands, beautiful yarns in pretty much all colors and quantities. The prices were just like in other stores (high quality or designer yarn just comes at a price). Apparently, they'll have an even bigger selection in the fall as summer is their slow season (no kidding, only true knit-nuts will touch yarn in the AZ summer!). I'm glad I made the trip out there and I'll be sure to shop there again. Martina M
