  • I had my roots coloured and asked for the colour to be pulled through. The stylist didn't pull it through and it looks like a straight line basically in my hair. The worst part though is that someone else blow-dried by hair and though he tried, he couldn't fix my bangs which look stringy and bad from the last cut with the stylist. The stylist didn't check back with me in the end. At the cash register, I expressed that I wasn't very happy but the receptionist said NOTHING. Didn't even ask what was wrong. HORRIBLE customer service.
