  • I would never ever recommend this company to my worst enemy!!! My wife and I have been with this company since greenstar sold it to them, now over 3 years and tonight our air conditioner stopped working. We called them to come fix it and the soonest they could send anyone was Tuesday afternoon-when we called it was 645 on Saturday night. It was 111 degrees outside and we have a newborn in the house. The woman said they "don't have enough techs and that we should be fine until Tuesday." You have got to be kidding me!!! That response is unacceptable and could be deadly in this excessive heat warning weather!!! Not to mention how much they upsell and overcharge for everything!! The one part that was broken on our air tonight was repaired by another company for 50% less than what they were going to charge us!!! Every time they come to service anything it always costs money! They wanted over $660 to clean the air ducts- I had this done for $310 with another company as well!! They wanted over $23000 to replace the air conditioner as well! You can buy a car for that kind of money!! Every other estimate we got was at least $6000 less!!!! We will never ever use this company again and I would never recommend them to anyone!!
