  • Had a really bad experience here. Bought 5 items on there holiday sale. Three never shipped, although my credit card was charged. I had to basically chase them down on the phone (which they never answer) for days to get an response. My leather bag broke (clasp) in 2 days, and they are ignoring my emails now.... Like everyone had already said, beautiful design, but terrible terrible craftsmanship...the quality is absolutely brutal for how much you pay. There is better quality out there for comparable prices, like Mackage..do not buy There e-commerce website, if you can even call it that, is terrible. If you take a look, everything is out of stock..expected 2-3 weeks for them to ship your product. I have spent hundreds of dollars at Rudsak, will not again.
