  • This is a review of their service department. they will charge you an arm and a leg before they are willing to do any thing, they call it a diagnosis charge ... I have come to smart motors on a couple of occasions with the exact diagnosis and asking for them to simply do the work, mind you it was free to get the diagnosis at most other mechanic shops, unfortunately they insist that you pay $120+ for them to spend 5 minutes to tell you what you already know. second issue, is they seem to despise people with Toyota's extended warranty, they will again charge you a diagnosis fee, make you pay and then begrudgingly call to see if the warranty will cover it; I can only guess that filing a claim under the extended warranty takes extra work on their behalf and possibly they do not get paid the same amount. They have a nice waiting room but you will pay up the wazoo for it.
