  • I have been here before and never have I experienced bad service. Came in on a Friday after the NFL experience and had family from out of town with me. They were looking forward to eating here since it was on "Man vs Food". No wait time, seated us fast. Waiter took our drink order a few minutes after seated. Waiter screwed up on my drink order but did correct it the 2nd time. On the 2nd return trip we had to remind waiter that he never brought a beer that was ordered. Food came and AGAIN had to remind waiter about the beer (3rd time). Food was cold and he forgot my daughters order, he never put the order in. Waited another 15 minutes for her simple cheese crisp to come out. Sent the pulled pork back was cold when brought out. Food was blah! AGAIN asked about the beer (4th time). By this time I was not having it and told him to forget the beer as my party was done eating. Waiters response "you still have some salad on that plate so sure you don't want the beer"? Really dude??? So rude!! Asked for manager and she didn't care to much about our bad experience, her response "it's been a crazy night". From the moment we walked in and sat to order food did not seem like a crazy night? What did I miss to receive the crap service. Will I be back...no! I can take my business elsewhere downtown.
