  • Can I give 10 stars????? Charles is the man you want to ask for, for your carpet. He is the carpet whisperer. Amazing company that did same day service for us. 1st, the guy on the phone when I called was sooo pleasant and funny, joked with me as if we were old friends, then managed to book me for the same afternoon for cleaning. Then magic Charles showed up with his mood enhancement magic, cleaned my carpet like never seen before and left a magic tropical fruit sent in our house. Anybody I know that needs carpet or rug or upholstery cleaned, even if I don't know them, I'll scream J2!!!!!!!!!!!! Heck I'll make their advertisement for free!!!! If I move out of state, I'm flying Charles in to clean my carpet. Thank you guys!
