| - DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! We completely remodeled our home inside and out, so we have been dealing with lots of contractors. The patio cover and extending the concrete were the last ones on the list to complete. We only called this company to get a bid and hired them on the spot without speaking to other companies. BAD MISTAKE!!! This is the worst company we had to deal with. They are never frank and estimate they wrote was incorrect. When their subcontractor came out to do the job, what they have was different than what we wanted. So obviously it costs more to do the way we want it. It seems the estimator deliberately wrote the estimate incorrectly or lower to get the job. I dealt with the subcontractor for days to pick out the paver colors. On the actual day of the first construction, the worker told us that the color I chose was not available and they pushed us to go with a different color which they can get immediately otherwise it will not be available for a month and a half later. This was just a tip of an iceberg. When it was time to actually install the patio cover, they would not give a set schedule to come out to install. They would use the "weather" as an excuse. And they told us that we don't need to be at home and just have the side gate unlocked. I explained that we feel more comfortable that we are at home when they are installing the patio for several reasons. We have two dogs that we don't feel comfortable leaving in the backyard when the construction was going on. We don't feel comfortable leaving the side gate unlocked for hours or an entire day especially when they cant even give us even an approximate time they'll show up to do the job. They told us they'll be here today (Monday) to install the patio cover. It's past 11 AM and no one came to do the job. So we called the company and they gave us the "weather" excuse again. The patio cover is still not installed and upon reviewing the other's reviews, I am very apprehensive on their workmanship.

Dear Aaron,
You are quick to respond to the unfavorable comment on Yelp yet you still have not replied to the email we sent 4 days ago nor answer the calls.
As far as the contract is concerned, we requested that you measure from the wall to the AC unit for our side path. This was relayed to you clearly in person at the site and my husband was standing next to you when you were measuring it. I witnessed this myself as I was also present when you were writing the bid. You wrote on the contract 3 feet by 30 feet with no other descriptions. When the subcontractor came out to preview the job, it was then discovered that it should be 4 feet instead of 3 feet and even he was stunned why there would be a one foot gap. When this issue was brought to your attention, you've stated that you wrote down what was a "standard" measurement. What a load of crock! After a long discussion, we've agreed to pay more for the extra concrete. And NO, we did not bully you for getting the work done for free. We did state that we will not refer your company to anyone and there may be bad reviews written from our experience. You told us to go ahead and write bad reviews and you'll just dispute it based on what's on the contract.
And yes you're right, so far we don't have a problem with the concrete job except for the colors of the pavers. Only person that we are actually happy with was the actual worker who laid the pavers and the concrete.
Your company's customer service is non-existent. Is it so hard to provide an ETA when your installers will arrive or even call to say they can't make it? If you and your staff would even have an ounce of decency or professionalism, we wouldn't have escalated and contacted Channel 13 to relay our frustrations. The main job hasn't even started and we are so frustrated and fed up. I can't wait to have the patio cover installed and hopefully properly so we don't have to deal with you ever.
