  • I just left there literally with my blood boiling. I had rented a rug cleaner as I do every year to clean my off white Berber carpet. I cleaned the machine as I normally do and went to return it. Never have I ever been charged 25.00 for a cleaning fee. Apparently the bristles had some carpet lint left in there from the previous users as again I had off white berber carpet as we know is not shaggy. I was told I had to clean it or I would be paying a cleaning fee. Raging at this point I refused to pay cleaning fee and instead had to purchase a wire bristle brush to try to clean whatever left carpet was in there. Fuming at this point I'm in the store cleaning the cleaner while everyone watches. I spoke to other employees and they never even heard of that. Seriously I was so upset leaving there I don't think I will be returning next year and will make sure to check the bottoms before renting. Lesson learned.
