rev:text	DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I heard about them from word of mouth, and logged in to find a housecleaner. The website I thought was straightforward, and i ended up describing my house I need cleaned and asked for a quote on biweekly cleaning. They gave me an attracive quote of $61, but only because it had a HUGE discount coupon for first time cleaning. I took it and today the cleaner came. She was most pleasant and did a nice job. After she arrived, I could not recall if I prepaid HANDY or if I was to pay the cleaner. I tried to call them. NOWHERE on their receipts do they offer a phone number. Whoops there was one phone number but the operator said it was no good. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY TIPOFF, as no reputable business would not welcome phone calls from clients. All i could do was find under HELP a place to email them so I wrote them and heard nothing back. So I wrote them again and again...to no avail. AFTER the cleaner left I had found they had charged my card for the 61, and I got a call from them. I told the guy that i had gone into their web site and wanted to remove my credit card and cancell all future appointments. He said you cannot cancel your card as we have already scheduled your future appointments. If you cancel, there will be a fee. If you want to cancel completely, there is a $99 CANCELLATION FEE!! I said that was not fair, as I had not signed up for a contract. He said "yes you did...for six months...it comes with your first appointment. I told him I was going to tell whoever I could because that was NOT fair. This business is lecherous...DO NOT USE THEM.
