  • So honestly this was my go to place for haircuts and treatments, I loved it! But then came my color this was about a year ago so I came in with a medium brown shoulder length hair it was an artificial brown but it was a demi so I knew it could be lifted , which is what I wanted to be more of a warm medium auburn. I also told her I had experimented with fashion color a blue which was bleached out and I cut most of the ends off since my hair was very long and now had shoulder length hair as I had mentioned previously .So I had a consultation and we agreed to a bleach and tone for a price (as I was on a budget and it was my birthday gift) anyways its lifted great to an orange red as expected except the last 3 or 4 inches of my hair it was Green! So I asked what we were going to do and she said I'm going to have to put a dark color back on and charge you for the color so it would be more than we originally agreed on and all the damage for nothing and I still would be paying on top of the ($85 to $95 for the bleach because of the length) I started crying not because of the color so much but because my husband works hard for his money and it was going down the drain because I pretty much went and came out with an even bit darker yet more damage hair then when I walked in. So bad birthday and hair experience! :(
