  • The other reviews were spot on! Customer service at this store is horrendous. Besides the differing stories on warrenty, protection, pricing, etc the total lack of customer orientation made me immediately walk out and head straight to Ashley Furniture - better quality product, honest sales people & most importantly Ashley cares abouttheir customers. I escalated an issue to the "on duty manager (Jay) and he proceeding to lecture me on their owners policies! Lost sale of ~$2,500!
