After buying furniture from Rooms to Go for over 12 years now I must tell you they don't stand behind their product. Had spent tens of thousands literally over the years. Three bedrooms and mattresses and 5 living room sets and occasional pieces. Never ever had an issue. Well until now. About a year ago we bought a sectional. We told the sales people we had two dogs and a godchild. And we use our furniture. They recommended the set we bought. Encouraged us to get fabric protection and we did. Less than a year several cushions wearing out and discolored. Still under warranty they sent someone out. The man in site said this should never have happened. When customer service called us they said no it's normal wear and tear. Ok we escalated the case and another sales supervisor came out again ensuring us it would be made right. Today the call again from CS says nope! Normal wear and tear and anyway we're out of warranty. Well since it took them two and a half months and two site visits yes it has been 13 months. Bottling line they will do nothing. I'm beyond disappointed in their customer care. They obviously don't value the repeat customer. And if it is " normal " after a year with added protection then basically their furniture is no good. I will never buy anything from them again.
