  • This Macy's seriously lacks in quality customer service. The whole time I was shopping with my friend, they kept following us around like we were going to steal something. Mind you, all we had were our phones and tiny bags so I'm hoping those assholes didn't think we were going to steal something some other magical way. They were gossiping, sitting on counters, and texting on their phones. They also looked us up and down like we were homeless people walking in a "Nordstrom-like haven". If only they had such a standard... They need to increase their quality because it was already pretty empty when I was in there and it's fucking summer. Step your game up Macy's, because then San Tan Village will replace you with a better store.
