This is a satisfactory buffet -- especially if you can get a Groupon/Travelzoo-type deal. Based on the average price and offerings of Las Vegas buffets, it really is a good deal. This is not a Bellagio or Wynn buffet by any means -- but they do not try to sell it that way anyway. I'm not sure I would go back to Palms JUST for the buffet, but if I happened to be staying at the Palms, I would not hesitate to eat at the buffet. (Sadly, that cannot be said for all hotel buffets.)
