Moved out of the state and cancelled service. Notified them on the 3/29 but didn't send a written letter until 4/1. They decided to charge me for services from 4/1-5/1 because the "written letter" wasn't received until the 1st. Or at least that was their original response. I was with them for 5 years and could have easily taken my business elsewhere with the amount of competition. When I said it was a bit ridiculous to be charged for a month of service simply because the written letter was a day past their cutoff they quickly changed their candid response "well we require 30 day notice". Poor service in my opinion.
