  • I took my mom's iPhone 5 to the Apple Store to check out why the ear speaker wasn't clear. They diagnosed it and said I need to replace the entire front of the phone for $159. My brother recommended that I try uBreakIFix. I took my phone there; they told me it should be a matter of just replacing the speaker at $79. Well, when they opened it up, they realized they just needed to clean the speaker and replace the mesh, and only charged me $30. The service was fast, courteous, honest and professional. What else could you ask for?
