Glad to hear this place is being renovated, and understand the struggle it must be, but it bugged me how they handled business. I came in at 6p, was asked what I needed done. No one said they were closing early for reno (no signs anywhere), so I proceeded to wait 30min or so. Sat down with nail tech who just started filling my nails when I asked for a brand new full set with a new shape. I felt like he thought I wouldn't notice the difference. I felt really bad even asking again, with everyone talking about closing early (9). Nail tech (a dude) completely forgot that I asked for my toes to be polished too, and after how many people had been turned away while I was getting my full set, I wasn't about to remind him. He did a nice job on my nails, but they did feel a little thick/90's style. Just wish they would have told me honestly that they couldn't take any walkins or do any lengthy services, I would have understood.
