  • If I could give them no stars, I would. Do not take your dog here if you have the wellness plan!!! Save yourself the headache and frustration and drive to one of the other Banfield locations, where the employees are more qualified. It was the worst customer service I've had ever, all simply because the employee didn't know what she was doing. They tried to scam me with our plan after I already had been told differently before the appt when I set it up, we refused the service and the additional costs, they said it would be and went to another location and didn't have a single problem with our plan. Beyond upset and frustrated and just hope no one else has this happen! It's also discomforting trusting someone with your pet, especially if they are lacking the training in a basic area.
