  • This place is unreal. I bought a livingsocial deal and dropped my pup of at 9 am and was told she would be ready at 1. At 130 I called and was told to give them 15 minutes. When I arrived a lady came asking me to write review. I told her no I was not that I had not even picked my pup up. I offered to go online and the lady said no she needed me to fill out the paper that she would put it online. I declined still as she practically begged. I know this is aweful but the place and the people were dirty with rotting teeth and it creeped me out. I finally got Zoey, tipped and kinda ran. Zoey was in a panic. Getting home I realized she had not been bathed, nails weren't clipped, and she was just cut in odd places. I called and told the lady I wasn't happy but thry wasted out entire day waiting to go on vacation and Zoey wasn't groomed. She asked that I bring her back. NO WAY!!!!!! This morning I googled "groomers" and found a review by ME saying they did a great job!! I was kind enough to not review before but goodness! The review described my trouble finding it and the lady. I don't know why they would write a half fake review and use by name T. Hicks. All my google reviews are under my middle name Marie!!! They denied the review and won't remove it so please know they are horrible! ! I would definitely NOT take my pet there!!
