My home warranty company sent this company out to fix my dryer and my range on march 28th. It is may 5th and my dryer is still broken after three visits. after first visit we waited a week and a half with no dryer. Then he still didn't fix it and we wait 3 weeks. After three calls to my warranty company these guys came back and again could fix it! Now I told them I wanted options from my home warranty to replace it cause obviously they couldn't repair it and he didn't speak English and said oh I don't think we can do that?!? Then I said please have your supervisor call me. And he said he could guarantee he would call. So I called my home warranty who told me they had only called once with a diagnosis and had to wait till they called in new diagnosis before me the customer could ask for options. This company is crooked! Ahs is no better! No voice for the consumer horrible service. 4x to fix a dryer and I have 4 kids! No thanks.
