  • I chose this place because I was on a mission to eat Alaskan King Crab legs, not those piddly little anemic crab legs at other Vegas hotel buffets! The cost was $32 for dinner, not including tip. - Excellent array and choices of food...so much in fact that your head will spin at the endless display of food, food and more food. Almost every theme and every ethic dish is represented; from American to Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Mexican, etc - Nice vegetable/vegetarian dish selections from mushroom cheese raviolis with essece of truflles to the most delectable of salads. They even had Tofu dishes that I found pleasantly surprising, considering most buffets do not cater to non-meat eaters. - the best service we've gotten at a buffet. Our server was a more older, experienced lady. She didn't rush us out when we were the last ones at the table sucking on crab legs. She got a nice hefty tip. - Alaskan King Crab legs, split in half for you, as were the other non-Alaskan crabs. Crab legs were on ice, cold, so I wasn't too thrilled about that. Non Alaskan crab legs were too salty to eat. The AKCLs were not as salty, meaty, but a bit watery. - I don't eat meat but my friend had a choice of veal, rack of lamb and venison that we didn't encounter at any of the other buffets. - desserts were not as good as the ones at the Aria. Disappointing was the fact that there were so many cookies for such a fancy hotel with such a fancy selection! Most people I suspect do not go for desserts anyway, but if you are looking for desserts, go to the Aria buffet. Would I come back for more? YES.
