  • An addendum to the previous post: I have since been contacted by the same person who fleeced me the first time, and he had informed me that he did in fact receive a refund from his dealer on some of the bad parts he installed in my vehicle. This having occurred despite the fact that when first I requested a refund, he stated he would not be able to help me. Taking time out of my lunch break, I drove to gasoline alley to pick up my refund (in my car with an engine light on, and an odd sound still being emitted despite taking it to gasoline alley for nearly $700 in repairs.) When I walked in I was greeted by this (Still not sure, but I think Adam is his name) person, who said since originally offering my refund that he obtained from his parts distributor he had been made aware of my post on Yelp. Having decided that he did not like what was said, he then informed me that he will be keeping the money and not refunding me after all. Unreal negative experience. Truly a dishonest and compromised garage.
