  • This place is a terrible reflection on the City of Phoenix. They are supposed to open at 5:30 am this morning (Wednesday). It's now 5:40 and there are 40 trucks sitting here. Most of them landscapers who are already facing a very long day and the employees who work apparently don't think it's important to open on time. Name me a business that would operate this way. It's not a hard to understand why city employees get a bad rap. For me I am trying to get rid of some things on the way to work and this is The second time in the last month I've sat here while they opened late.
