  • This office is a perfect example of great doctor - horrible front office. If you can tolerate the incompetence while checking in you will in fact be happy to see Dr. Litchfield. I have been a patient of Dr. Litchfield's for three years, but today the staff did not know the reason for my visit, did not have any record of my insurance and wasted an hour of my time while they tried to get it together. I left without seeing the doctor and won't be rescheduling.
