  • I wanted to share my thoughts on a rental experience I just had. This property management company has impressed me all the way through to the end of our two year lease. Everything that was brought up prior to move in was taken care of in an expeditious manner. The one thing I can say with all certainty with this company and all others. Ensure that your move out inspection is up to snuff with the move in inspection and there's no issues to be had. Too many criticize this process and from what I've experienced, this falls on the tenant not the management company. We would of continued leasing this property, but the owner placed it back on the market. I've enjoyed working with Desertwide, including Laurie, Coleen, and Don and would use again if I was in need.
