We were patients at Posh before when it was Advanced Dentistry. The atmosphere is nice and everyone is super friendly. As for how they run this practice, well that is another story.
We got our reminder text to make our cleaning appointment so called to make an appointment for our cleaning and the phone connection was terrible. OK so after clearing that up, they got our info and was told they no longer take our insurance. Oh... actually they honored our insurance for 2 years. OK... WHAT? And the kicker was they don't have any openings until next year... So for 2 years, I've been paying for fluoride out of pocket because I was told the one they use isn't covered. I didn't have a problem with that, but now I'm told they don't take our insurance and haven't done so for 2 years? Um...sorry, letting this go on for 2 years and not letting us know is a mistake. Good luck to you Posh, it seems like you are trying to trim down your clients since you went from 4 rotating dentists to one. This family is going to make changes to our insurance... to go elsewhere.
