  • A woman t-boned my mom last year causing her already broken wrist to shift causing her to need surgery. My boss referred me to Henness and Haight and said they'd take care of my mom. He wasn't wrong! Her attorney, Tristan Rivera, and his assistant, Jazmin, were absolutely wonderful and made sure my mom was truly taken care of. They explained the process thoroughly in the beginning and any time we had questions they answered them promptly. They made us feel important and I feel everyone at Henness and Haight genuinely cares about helping people who are injured from these accidents to get the necessary treatment. There was a time where I asked Jazmin if it was worth it to pursue the case because the at fault party denied liability for hitting my mom and she was so confident and said "yes, because your mom is hurt. They need to be held accountable for that." They could have easily pulled out at the first denial letter but they fought and received the full policy limits. They were extremely helpful and everyone at Henness and Haight are genuinely good people... not something you see much of nowadays. I'd refer anybody and everybody to them, and if I ever got into an accident, they'd be the law firm I'd go to for help.
