  • Upon walking into the huge store, I was welcomed and asked if I needed help but also informed that they were not working based off commission, so that I wouldn't be hassled. That was comforting. I had gone into the store already knowing what I wanted, having looked it up online previously, but was shown other comparable options and given information on how they compare. I ended up going with a different couch than I had gone in for and was given a discount for a floor model (which had no wear). They had incredible availability for shipping and I had my couch in two days. No complaints!
