  • Warranty was about to expire on our Kia. No concerns because it's been a great car but just wanted it looked over before warranty runs out. I work at a Chevy dealer and we perform that service for customers all the time. Service advisor refused to do it unless I paid for a 1 hour inspection. Over $100. Said I should have it done at my dealership. I bought from Kia ! It's a Kia not a Chevy! Poor customer service.
