  • **Definitely worth it** Now it's my significant other that is the primary fan of Backstreet boys. Such a fan that it is almost creepy but she doesn't bug me when I'm sitting there watching people play video games on twitch and I won't make fun of her to much about making a BSB dance video with her friends when she was a young girl in Guatemala. (or keeping a BSB scrapbook) Keeping in mind that I am not the primary fan - I have to say that these guys were excellent performers and would highly recommend this show to anyone that wants a good time in Vegas without catching something worse than a cold. Tip: get your tickets in advance! Prices went from 230 a ticket plus booking fees to people reselling for around 1000 a ticket in section 103. Let me describe things from the beginning to the end: The event said that it starts at around 9 o clock. This gives you about 30 minutes before the performance actually starts. We got there just after 8 something. Getting in was quick and easy - you go through the metal detectors and as long as you aren't fishy you are in within 5 minutes. Finding the seat was quick and easy as well. From entrance to seat it really only took 7 minutes. I ordered two of those frozen alcoholic drinks. The pours were medium and they tasted great. The lines weren't bad before 9 o clock but after that when everyone else gets there... you will be looking at more than a 20 minute wait. Drinks were 24.99 or so for the 24 oz alcoholic beverage with a discount on refills. A soda was 10 bucks, I believe with free refills. We were in section 103 which was extremely close but if you can get a good deal on the tables up front or get closer, I would recommend it because the BSB guys were really interactive with people around them. But truth be told even if you are in the section right behind 103 there was a time that the guys walked out into the audience and serenaded some of the ladies in the back middle. I typically have a hard view of celebrities because I feel that most of what you see of them is just an act. But seeing Nick and Aj and the crew up there being all cool with some of the people that may or may not typically get alot of attention was neat. I can tell you one thing - seeing this guy dance up close and how hard he was working - gives me a whole new respect for their performance. They work for a living for sure. The event lasted several hours and covered many of their popular songs and even some that were more popular overseas. I say - go see the show and support these guys. If you can get the VIP experience - I would go for it. Some day I'll get that for my spouse so we can hang out with them after the show since she is such a die hard fan.
