  • This is our first day here and if I do not edit this four star evaluation by the end of our stay, then this place is worth the money. I have been dumbfounded by the amazing turn over remodel this hotel casino has overcome. Our room has surpassed my expectations. Freemont is the second Vegas. It's not as glamorous as the high scale Vegas strip, but for peeps like myself that make all the difference and we have just as much fun, if not more. Hotels on Freemont are slowly undergoing remodeling and it is becoming the next place to stay. Again, for the money and the deal, this is a great stay. Day Four: still stick with a solid four stars. Freemont street has really improved. Golden Nugget owns so many restaurants that they have almost all of them at this hotel. So many great eateries are at the Golden nugget. Claim jumper, Cadillac, grotto, the grille, Starbucks, chart house, steak house. It's remarkable. Plus they have just as many bars. This is a great place to stay. We will be coming here for the foreseeable future.
