  • Had a terrible experience here today.. There we're maybe 10 people in line while we all watched the employees goof around with each other and the customers. I don't mind having a good time but it took 30 minutes to get through 10 people.. Not even joking. So I finally get up to the front and call them out since I had been watching them dick around telling each other stories from last night, making everyone else in line wait.. Then they make excuses that it was some guy who was holding up the line and complaining, no apology, just a bunch of excuses and I was shocked... I think they need to sit down with their employees and figure it out, they didn't take anything seriously, I waited 30 minutes for 10 people and if you go to chipotle often you know that's not normal at all, and then they made excuses... I'll go back don't get me wrong, it's chipotle, but I will gladly voice my opinion to the manager and owner to get the employees who are dicking around fired cus I'm not standing for 30 minutes everytime I go in there... It's getting old.
