I'm writing this review while my car is currently in the shop. So far, everything has gone smoothly; I dropped my car off for some body work and they called Enterprise to come and pick me up. The only thing I currently have a problem with is that they told me it would only take 4 days. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and then yesterday (Friday, the 4th day) I received no information on the status of my car, and they are closed over the weekend. I would have called myself, but I legitimately was not free, until after they had closed. Maybe they start the count the day after drop off?? Well, I called this morning and spoke to a woman, who I assume works at their office and she couldnt find me or my car in the system after I asked if she could check the status of my vehicle repair, she mentioned that I would have to wait till Monday to speak to the body shop/auto repair department. I WILL be updating this on Monday after I've reached out to them. Hopefully everything goes off without a hitch, and my car will be good as new.
