rev:text	This place WAS a nice place to live... If you want to get a hold of the leasing office, however...GOID LUCK!!! They never answer the phones; they don't have a return phone calls; they don't even respond to emails...it's awful!!! I've complained about it several times and nothing has been done! Because of this, I'm going to find another place to live!! They also said they would credit my account $60 that they were charging me for electricity in the unit I never lived in... i've sent proof of the receipts almost over a month ago and still nothing has been done!! And after I pay almost $1200 a month (when rent is $899) on the 1st...but for some reason, in the middle of the month I get another bill around $150 sometimes more??? They just tell me it's back billing for utilities but they never outline the fees and costs and I totally feel like I'm getting screwed over... and once again I tried to call the office to discuss the matter, yet they never answer their phones and they won't call me back when I leave a message!! Not to mention their community valet garbage service they make each resident pay $25 a month for the service and if you don't want the service because the garbage can is two steps from your door and you're not a lazy idiot that can't take out their own garbage tough luck they're contracted with the valet garbage service company and no matter what you're going to pay the $25 like it or not... shouldn't this be an option??? And if people can't take their garbage out and leave it laying around those people should be find or kicked out it's that easy not make us pay $25 because one person can't pick up their trash that is not fair at all to the rest of us!! Not to mention that the hot tub is always broken; the fitness center is unlocked for anybody to go into, any given time because they won't fix the key Fob security entrance...nor will they give you a key fob, which they should have given me the day I moved in, but they never mentioned anything about it and now they just tell me, "go through the sliding door that's unlocked, key fob is broken" My list goes on....
