  • Was told by a friend to use this wash when I wanted to rinse off my truck and give it a little shine. The guy who leads you onto the track was incredible rude and knocked on the side of my truck and window rather than telling me to stop or redirecting what I was doing, even though my window was open and asked him twice what I was supposed to do. He acted like I was dumb as a rock and stepped back and made me figure it out myself, all while standing IN FRONT of the sign that advises what to do to get through the wash. Not my only complaint, the wash feels like it's beating the hell out of your car. I got out and there was a long scratch going down the drivers side door that had not been there before the wash, and my truck came out MORE FILTHY than it was going in! It was covered in dozens of black smudges and not a single one of the bugs on my hood was washed away. I ended up having to go home and rewash it by hand because it looked exponentially worse coming out of the wash than going in. Will NEVER go back, and will advise my friends against going.
