  • We walked up to the ticket stand. A young caucasian girl walked up she didnt speak or anything. I didnt know you could buy tickets at the kiosk in front of the ticket stand. We made eye contact still no acknowledgmetn so my boyfriend says lets just buy them from here. I dont know what her issue was but at least speak becuase evidently we hadnt been to the movies since they updated their buying procedure. The guy taking our tickets was friendly and directed us to our movie. The concession stands were highly priced but thats just the movies in genereal. The movie theater was clean and they did some renovations so now they have the recliners. The movie theater was actually nice and clean. The customer service from that young girl is not a good first look but oh well. If they get a better first appearance starting with the ticket stand then maybe the movie will pick up. There was only two couples in the movie at 630pm.
