  • I was shopping last night in the mens dept -- "heather" snapped at me when I attempted to help her by picking up clothing that was left on the floor. She advised me how She doesn't "go telling me shit on how to do my job" and seemed upset I was shopping in her department. I went and advised a cashier and management and they confirmed she was a " problem child" . They did give me 10% discount on my total bill but informed them I was not looking for a discount but rather an enjoyable experience when spending my money in their store. I don't know if anything was done with the "problem child" but I woke up this morning still upset about the situation and hope no one else has to encounter such an event.
