  • This weekend was great my girls and I was celebrating a milestone a 40th birthday and we partied in charleston sc and then we moved the party to charlotte nc it was very easy to find there was no outside parking the hotel was valet only $26 per night and $13 for temporary wasn't thrilled bout that next the customer service in the beginning wasn't up to par no hello or anything when I walked up to the desk I was then greeted and the check in begain I think the young mans name was Q he was very courteous and polite and friendly we got checked i and headed to the room once in side it was very nice clean smelled great spacious the linen was clean the bed was lush the pillows sucked but can't have it all can we the thing that made this hotel the best was location location location when it said it was smack dab in the middle of everything they meant it everything you could think of was pretty much in walking distance I really enjoyed my stay the house keeping rules needs some tweaking but other than that would greatly be open to another stay here thanks Hyatt house
