  • Dang, where to start with this place. Myself and a group of about 15 people come here several times a year. Last Friday evening was definitely the last. Emily (if this was really her name, we asked for our servers name and the hostess stuttered a bit, so not too sure if Emily is accurate) she is typically is always in the back room/private area. Her personality is horrible, her service is horrible, she sat on her cell phone about 90% of the time and we were her only table for at least three hours. On top of that she has a little helper following her every footstep and he was just as bad as she was. We would politely ask about our food order and it wouldn't come, we would ask her again after some time where our food was and she said it was coming. Then 45 minutes went by and we would ask again and she went straight to the computer to put in the order which probably means she didn't put it in in the first place. A spicy tuna roll is the simplist of sushi rolls, shouldn't take that long to get. It seems like a pattern with this place and specifically her by reading other reviews, tip is already added...20% so they don't care at all! Sad, we come here multiple times a month and have decided to NEVER come back because of this last experience this past weekend! Even more disappointing is management and the owners must not be keeping up with the reviews because from others I have spoken to seems like a pattern with this same server/bartender and always in the private/karaoke room. I would give zero stars if it was possible!
