  • After spending the night at a BW in Cortez, Co the associate at that location really set the bar high. We were a disappointed when the front desk associate at this location was less than helpful. We tried to get our BW discount and she was completely rude about applying it and said we had to take care of that on our own some other time and would only honor THEIR online pricing after we provided prof (she wanted to charge us $20 more). The AC in both the rooms we got did not work and we did not sleep well because of it. There aren't any local restaurants, bars, convenience stores in the area just sketchy residential.
