.i use the pharmacy at this location for my daughter.on 12/27/17.my daughters doctor electronically sent a perscription about 5:00. I waited with my daughter at her grandmothers house until about 5:45.i decided to call pharmacy to check status because i live in surprise.when i called to check they asked me info (name,bithday,etc) & said they had prescription there that all info matched up except last name.he said they had last name of "ALL" Then he asked me what is the prescription for i told him tubes for breathing machine & tamiflu.i repeated it twice.he put me on hold then said ok we will fill it, it will be ready in 20 min.i said ok.i left the house in 10 min figured by time i get to store & get shopping done they should be calling me to let me know its ready.i shopped went by pharmacy & waited around,realized i forgot to buy something so went to go buy it then went back to pharmacy & decided to ask pharmacist (Tony) i said i know i havent been called yet but can you tell me how much longer for my prescription.he pulled up the account with the info looked at it & said it will be ready in 20 min i said another 20 min? He mentioned the cost he said it would be $163.i said ok is insurance covering any of it he said it looks like they are covering some then i said ok shes under her dads insurance i will call him.so i call my husband & we are discussing if its covered.I was about to have my husband talk to to tony then tony THEN decides to tell me well we dont even have it available anyways.i said what? What do u mean u dont have it.he said no we are out.i said i have been waiting all this time & spoke with you on phone & twice you told me it would be ready in 20 min. He acted like it was no big deal & said we have it on 48th st & bell then said a location on thunderbird. I said i dont understand why im barely finding this out.i said i live in surprise is it available on bell & reems he said i dont know i cant see in system that far.he didnt seem interested in trying to find out for me.he just stood there.i said um im sorry but can you call them & find out.he looked like he got bothered because he had to call but i dont think i should be the one to do his job.so he walked away. i had my husband on phone still i seen tony on phone then he came back and all he said was ok it will be ready in 40 min.i said ok 40 min where he got an attitude & said u said bell & reems.i told him excuse im verifying the location because u have been giving me wrong information since i called to check on it.i told him this is very upsetting.i have sick daghter who needs this & ive been waiting around while given the wrong info & i live in surprise & now got to go get it at that frys anyways.i told him i would not have been upset if when i called at 545 you told me then you dont have it in stock & we could have figured it out but your barely telling now even when i walked up to you & you looked it up and said 20 more min? I said nobody called me he said i cant see that then about 5 min later he said we tried to call i said u just said you couldnt see. I said no one called, what # did u call he said tell me the #.i said what do u have on file wht # did u call he said tell me the #.i gave him mine he said no i gave him my husband # he said yeah & i still had my husband on phone & i asked my husband he said nobody called.i told Tony what happened when they called that # he said i dont know nobody answered or they couldnt leave a voicemail i said i thought you couldnt see. I said u are being rude you have been giving me wrong info & now you want to lie to me.it wasnt until bout 8 that we got my dughters prescription on bell & reems. it turned out to cost more because the pharmacist on bell & reems said they (location on 19th & bell) were reading it wrong because the amount tony told me was only for 1/2 of the amount of perscription.i needed two 5 day bottles he was only seeing it as if it was one bottle.so im thinking omg if it was available on 19th & union hills would i have walked away with only half her perscription & my daughter would not have received the right amount?! i dont know how this guy tony is working at a place that correct information is important.he didnt know anything & was very rude,careless & didnt know what he was doing.Everyone make sure if you go to this pharmacy on 19th & bell if you get Tony you verify all information & product is available before you waste over an hour while all he tells you 20 more min & make sure you walk away with the correct dosage of perscription! Peoples health are important & a person who doesnt understand that shouldnt be working in a pharmacy
