Dined on a Wednesday night around 9 p after KA. Arrived a few minutes before our reservation and we were seated and greeted immediately, offered drinks but we opted for tap water.
Decided to skip the salad for a vegetable side (sautéed spinach) with our entrees: lobster gnocchi (after much internal debate between this and the sea bass) and the mezzaluna (pesto filled half moon ravioli with a red vodka cream sauce).
Complimentary bread, butter and roasted red pepper cheese spread was served. A braided roll was included and it was hot and delish with the cheese spread. The Italian bread was crusty with an herbed soft inside. The bread arrived quickly and so did out entrees. We were stunned at how quick our entrees arrived. I barely had time to butter my bread.
The spinach was heaping, one of the largest sides of veggies I've ever received at any restaurant. It was sautéed in garlic, seasoned just right. Piping hot but not overcooked. The lobster ravioli was to die for. We're from the east coast so lobsters are my specialty and this dish was spot on. Plenty of lobster pieces, tender gnocchi and flavorful sauce. The hubby enjoyed his mezzaluna, tasty but not over-filling.
We were going to skip dessert given the late hour but were tempted to see the menu. We shared the creme brûlée and it was equally as pleasing as our meal. Glad we decided to share as it was plenty for two.
Our waiter was attentive and our water glasses were never empty. If in Vegas near the MGM, you must try Fiamma!!!
Reservation was easily made on line! Total tab including tip $100. Well worth it!
